Summer Rates:

Sunday-Thursday: $325.00/night
Holiday/Weekend: $375.00/night
Weekly:  $1825.00 (price reflects 1 free week night)
Based on a 8 person occupancy
$30.00 each additional person

Cancellation Policy. 

Should Lessee wish to cancel this Agreement seven days or more  prior to the arrival date, Lessee must notify Lessor.  Upon receipt of notification Lessor shall refund Lessee’s $500.00 deposit (if paid).   If Lessee desires to cancel within the seven day period prior to arrival, Lessee must notify Lessor in writing and Lessor will make diligent efforts to re-rent for the cancelled week.  Should Lessor secure a replacement lessee for the original amount of the agreed upon rent for the week, Lessor shall refund in full any amounts paid by Lessee.  However, if Lessor is unable to re-rent the property for the original amount of the agreed upon rent for that week, Lessee understands and acknowledges that the full deposit shall be retained by Lessor as agreed liquidated damages.
